Create dashboard t monitor adoption of the tool and quickly identify inactive users

When creating a new task it would be helpful to have the possibility to attach a file (pdf, excel etc)

Currently, reports are only personal. We would like to be able to share reports as well so one user can create reports for his/her colleagues.
