Allow Project manager to add time entries for project users
This is currently an Admin/Owner-only feature, but Admins and Owners do not manage every project. Project Managers are the ones responsible for managing projects and their members, so they should be allowed to add time entries on behalf of project members.

number of planned work load based on Project tasks assigned to a Team member versus daily /weekly available work hours. For a project in total, for a period of time...so on.

Custom fields
Add the possibility to create custom fields for clients, projects, and entries. The admin should be able to mark fields as required. When generating a report, the user should be able to filter using the custom fields previously created.

Set Phase/ Phase Categories as Billable/Non-Billable
We assign Phases and their associated phase categories as Billable/Non-Billable; This would then eliminate the need for users or an admin to go through each entry and mark as billable or not and in return be reflected on any custom reports.
