Track users with the
Owner
permission level will now manage the Track subscription in Account Center. Since September 8, 2026 Track customers who signed up before 5/12 will manage billing, renewals, and upgrades through the Account Center. Access the subscription section and click "Manage subscription" to be redirected to Account Center.
One thing to note:
the Account Center uses a single account Owner, tied to the billing email. If that's different from the usual Track login, Owners will need to sign in with your billing email to manage your subscription.We explain it all in this guide 👉here
